As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, search engines, email, and paid advertising. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling content, optimize campaign performance, analyze marketing data, and identify new growth opportunities.
The ideal candidate combines creativity with analytical thinking, stays ahead of emerging digital trends, and has a proven ability to translate marketing strategies into measurable business results. Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Manage and monitor Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
- Develop strategies to increase brand awareness, website traffic, and lead generation.
- Perform keyword research and implement SEO best practices.
- Manage social media platforms and create engaging content.
- Analyze campaign performance and prepare regular reports.
- Monitor website analytics using Google Analytics (GA4) and other tools.
- Conduct competitor research and identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with the design and development teams to execute marketing initiatives.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and platform updates.
Requirements
Proven experience in Digital Marketing.
Strong knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads.
Understanding of SEO, SEM, and Social Media Marketing.
Experience with Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and Search Console.
Excellent analytical and reporting skills.
Strong communication and content planning abilities.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
